But, if you feel as if your product is damaged, you are able to send us clear evidence through photos of your product, packaging, as well as your customer information so our team can dispute this issue depending on the resolution.
If your product arrives damaged or broken, please reach out to us within 72 hours of your delivery and provide us with clear evidence. Those that provide clear evidence with photos will be granted priority for an exchange or administered with direct help from our team of the best possible solution.
